Undoubtedly, Adobe Illustrator is the best platform for vector designs and logos. The platform offers excellent tools and export options for all your design needs.
Canva
Some clients like to add a personal touch, and Canva offers me the flexibility to achieve this. I can import logos or make them in Canva and then quickly share the output with the client. They can then edit or export the outcome based on what they require.
DesignEvo
While not as customizable as Adobe Illustrator, DesignEvo has many templates to help create logos. I mainly use DesignEvo for inspiration; however, if the client needs something urgent, I use this platform to help.

Sometimes I like to mock up logos I have designed to help better understand how it looks. The platform I use for this is Logo.com; they have a wide selection of different environments where you can display a logo.
